You agree to notify Owner of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the materials or information and use your best efforts to prevent further use or disclosure. You acknowledge and agree that any breach of this Agreement will cause injury to Owner for which money damages would be an inadequate remedy and that, in addition to remedies at law, Owner is entitled to equitable relief against you as a remedy for any such breach. You also agree that you will pay Owner’s legal costs and fees required to enforce Owner’s rights against you. Any unauthorized use or disclosure of these materials will also subject you to disciplinary action, including termination.
